One of Cudell's large in-house four-cylinder offerings, independently listed at 20 hp before and alongside the smaller 16/20 family. Period reconstruction places it in 1902 and again in 1904–05 but supplies no 1903 listing, so the inclusive range records the same named family reappearing rather than asserting uninterrupted production. Early 20 hp competition cars used chain drive; under Paul Henze in 1904 Cudell was preparing both shaft-driven 20 hp cars and chain-driven 20 hp cars. Passenger, racing and light-commercial uses are documented, including a later six-seat luxury tourer with roof. Exact displacement, gearbox, wheelbase and the relationship among driveline versions remain unresolved.
