Cudell's 1902 flagship, announced in July with a newly developed four-speed gearbox, reverse, chain drive and claimed maximum speed of at least 90 km/h. Although described as a Rennwagen, it was conceived as a flexible touring chassis and contemporary-derived accounts say coachwork could accommodate as many as eighteen people. That unusual upper figure is retained as a source claim, not a standard seating specification. No evidence extends this exact 35 HP into 1903 or equates it mechanically with the new 6.1-litre Phönix of 1905, so the two remain separate model families.
