Dedicated taxi/fiacre chassis associated with Darracq's large cab program rather than an ordinary touring body. Later summaries report roughly 1,500 after an initially planned 4,000 frames, but no delivery ledger proves an exact completed total. It is separated from the 1908 10–12 and 14–16 HP light-commercial chassis, whose engine layouts and rear-axle-mounted gearboxes are independently documented.

This record contains useful sourced evidence, but it does not yet meet the reference-ready standard. Still needed: attributed imagery. Fields we cannot source stay empty rather than guessed.

Research notes

A planned 4,000-frame order was reduced; approximately 1,500 taxis are reported, but contract quantity and completed deliveries are not fully separable.
