The electric machine nicknamed the 'triplette infernale' was a special competition/record tricycle, not a passenger model derived from the 1896 coupé. Contemporary coverage records municipal trials and a 4 June 1898 flying kilometre in 58.8 seconds, equivalent to 61.2 km/h, while another reported result reached 64.8 km/h. The higher published figure is retained as reported performance; battery, motor, chassis dimensions and build count beyond the single documented machine remain unresolved.
