New compact four-cylinder Darracq announced for the 1911 season, replacing older single- and twin-cylinder small cars. Period notices describe a runabout/small-car role but do not safely establish displacement or the secondary type codes later attached to 1911 cars. It therefore remains a deliberately sparse one-year row rather than borrowing details from the 1912 Colonial.
