Mike Kelly's lengthened new-generation coupe, announced for 1987 after New Avanti Motor Corporation replaced the original Studebaker frame with a modern GM platform. It was one of only two major Kelly-era derivatives to reach production and was dropped after J. J. Cafaro moved the company to Youngstown. Contemporary plans for numerous further models do not count as production cars.
