ClassTwo-seat reverse-trike roadster

BRA purchased GCS Hawke's 1999 Leighton demonstrator/project, comprehensively remodelled it and launched its own version in January 2000. A light spaceframe accepted the 2CV engine, transmission, steering and front suspension arms, with coil-over front dampers and a single Metro rear trailing arm/coil-over. Unlike the aluminium-panelled CX3/CV3 idiom, its gel-coated GRP body used a one-piece side structure plus combined nose/bonnet/scuttle, boot lid and cycle wings. Weight was under 350 kg. BRA built 16 kits before selling the project with the CV3; licensed small-volume continuation lasted until another resale in late 2005.

Research notes

BRA produced 16 kits after its redesign; successor output was small but no consolidated total survives.
