Five-passenger touring companion to A-40 and the other member of Cutting's final range. It shares the 120-inch 40 Series chassis, 251.3-cu-in L-head four, 25.6 ALAM rating, pressure lubrication, dual ignition, water-pump cooling, cellular radiator, disc clutch and $1,475 price. Separate A and B codes preserve the factory's body identities without pretending that their powertrains differed.

This record contains useful sourced evidence, but it does not yet meet the reference-ready standard. Still needed: attributed imagery. Fields we cannot source stay empty rather than guessed.

Research notes

No surviving factory chassis ledger or model allocation has been recovered. Contemporary sales and competition evidence proves manufacture, but neither marque-wide nor model-specific production totals are asserted.
