Collective model identity for all eight hand-built Thomas Bohrer automobiles because no distinct factory type designations survive. The first used an ash-wood chassis and an engine Alfred Bohrer bought at the 1900 Paris Exposition. After its 1903 Fafnir upgrade, it became the first automobile to cross both the Loibl Pass and Katschberg in both directions in 1904, received Carinthian registration F 6 in 1906, and was rebodied as a racing car in 1908. That preserved vehicle is displayed at Historama Ferlach. Engine replacement and the 1908 body are lifecycle changes to one car, not additional Bohrer models.
