Final historical Perana family, developed from Basil Green's personal Sapphire. Both versions received suspension and exhaust revisions; the 3.4 added a longer-stroke crank, special rods, bearings and Kolbenschmidt pistons and was the fastest Ford tested by South African CAR at the time.
