First Perana production model, based principally on the Cortina GT and sold through Grosvenor Motors with the standard Ford warranty. Basil Green added a new front crossmember, stiffer and lower MacPherson struts, Telaflow rear dampers and larger front discs; Gunston fleet cars could use Cortina XL shells.
