ClassHistoric cyclecar, microcar and light commercial vehicle
Power8 hp
First David production configuration after formal incorporation in July 1914. Externally supplied open bodies sat on the light wood-and-steel chassis with independent front suspension, rear cantilevers and cable steering. RACE considers the 90-degree water-cooled JAP cyclecar V-twin the most likely standard fitment while preserving conflicting descriptions; no exact chassis or production split survives.

How this is measured → This record contains useful sourced evidence, but it does not yet meet the reference-ready standard. Still needed: attributed imagery. Fields we cannot source stay empty rather than guessed.
Research notes
The first series was small, but claimed 12–14-car figures cannot be securely separated from the earliest MAG cars.
