Cubitt16/20 HP — Revised Cantilever Series

A substantially redesigned chassis introduced at the end of 1921 rather than a cosmetic continuation of the launch car. A contemporary 1922 technical examination records a 126-inch wheelbase, 54-inch track, 10½-inch ground clearance and about 2,600 lb complete weight. The defining change was full cantilever rear suspension, while the same long-stroke L-head four, four-speed transmission and worm-drive rear axle continued. The 1922 Olympia program for 1923 priced the standard five-seater at £360, two-seater with dickey at £355, De Luxe five-seater at about £490–£495 and all-weather car at £595; subsequent advertising also named open tourers and a limousine-saloon. Retrospective schedules identify E and F versions, but their dates and meanings conflict with an extant 1922 car advertised as Model K. Those letters are retained as body/order-code aliases rather than manufactured into unsupported mechanical models. The conflicting 4.125:1 contemporary factory specification and 4.5:1 later schedule are both disclosed rather than silently normalized.
