Recorded originUnited Kingdom
ClassFront-passenger or light-cargo motor forecar

Three-wheel forecar offered alongside Chase motorcycles by racing brothers Arthur A. and Frederick Walter Chase of Anerley, London. The 1904 form used air scoops to improve cooling; the 1905 catalog added a 7 hp twin with fan cooling. Passenger-seat versus cargo-platform configurations are not securely enumerated, and proprietary engine make, displacement, transmission and dimensions remain unresolved. Two-wheel Chase machines are excluded from the automobile catalog.

This record contains useful sourced evidence, but it does not yet meet the reference-ready standard. Still needed: attributed imagery. Fields we cannot source stay empty rather than guessed.

Research notes

No dependable forecar production total survives; no Chase vehicle is known to survive.
