BriscoeModel 4-38
Long-wheelbase four-cylinder development of the Model B, stretched from 107 to 114 inches while retaining the 33 hp L-head engine. It was offered beside the mechanically convertible V8 Model 8-38 with the same touring and Cloverleaf body choices. Canadian Briscoe production at Brockville began with this 1916 design, using Michigan-supplied mechanical parts and Canadian-built bodies; those cars are regional manufacture of the same model, not a duplicate marque.
Dates with their meaning intact
This record contains useful sourced evidence, but it does not yet meet the reference-ready standard. Still needed: attributed imagery. Fields we cannot source stay empty rather than guessed.
Included within Briscoe's 8,149-car 1916 company output; no powertrain-specific total survives.
