Baltijas DžipsBD-1322 Tantor
Baltijas Džips' sole model, designed by a Saint Petersburg engineer for agricultural and municipal work and built with a corrosion-resistant molded-plastic body. Sources interchange BD-1322 and Tantor BD-3122; they are treated as designation variants of one vehicle rather than separate models. Short and long wheelbases were offered, while 2.45 m is the only precise wheelbase recovered. A 1997 company-end date conflicts with reports of series manufacture beginning in March 1998 after the operation became BD Tehnoloģijas, so both dates remain visible.
Dates with their meaning intact
This record contains useful sourced evidence, but it does not yet meet the reference-ready standard. Still needed: attributed imagery. Fields we cannot source stay empty rather than guessed.
Approximately ten vehicles were completed against a planned capacity of 200 annually.
