Third Bernardet automobile project, developed in 1934–37 with independent engineer Giuseppe Remondini and protected by four joint patents. Its complete chassis used coil-spring independent suspension at all four wheels, an unusually advanced layout for the period. Published archive material does not preserve power, gearbox, dimensions or body designation.
