Refined successor to the unpublished first prototype, initially shown at Geneva in January 1946 and then modified for the October Paris salon. It used a licensed Labourdette Vutotal pillarless windscreen, removable front power unit, 1,170 mm track, column gear change and a broad bench. The same surviving cabriolet returned in 1947 with a lower four-bar grille and larger hubcaps; these detail changes are not counted as a new model.
