Resumption of a small-car study begun late in 1939. Its rigid chassis-shell carried individually bolted wings, bonnet, doors and boot panels, while the complete front engine/transmission/suspension assembly could be removed as a unit. Hydraulic brakes, front coil springs, rear leaf springs, 1,130 mm track and 135×400 tires are documented. It is distinct from the refined second car shown at Geneva and Paris.
