Pontiac 6
Background
The Pontiac 6 was a six-cylinder automobile produced by the Pontiac division of General Motors between 1926 and 1932, then again between 1935 and 1940. A more affordable version of its predecessor Oakland Six that had been introduced in 1926 and sold through GM's Oakland dealerships, it established Pontiac as a viable automaker for GM.
