Sole Newark, New Jersey Chelsea model. Despite being advertised as a cyclecar, its 2,590 mm wheelbase, 1,420 mm track, four-cylinder water-cooled engine, conventional gearbox and shaft-driven rear axle placed it outside strict American cyclecar dimensions. Production began in spring 1914, one car was entered for a September reliability contest, and the concern closed before year-end. It is unrelated to the Michigan Chelsea Manufacturing Company that became Welch.
