Campbell (Kingston)22 hp Touring Car

1918–1919 United States Open touring car 2 production years
Production1918–1919
Recorded originUnited States
ClassOpen touring car

Only securely documented Campbell model. It used an approximately 110-inch (279 cm) wheelbase and was offered solely as an open touring car for $835. No authentic model number or formal name survives. Its price was more than twice the preceding $395 Emerson and substantially above contemporary Ford Model T touring prices quoted inconsistently as $360–$525 depending on date, helping explain weak demand. The shared Kingston plant and Campbell brothers link it historically to Emerson, but this is a separately badged car from a new firm rather than an Emerson model-year trim.

Research notes

Published summaries say only a few or fewer than 600 Campbell cars; fewer than 600 is retained as an upper bound, not an exact total.
