Long-running Series 1/Series 2 roadster conceived in Sydney and transferred with production to Kepong, Malaysia. Two-seat versus 2+2 bodies, 1.8–2.2-litre engines, three-speed automatic or four-speed manual transaxles, soft top and hardtop are variants of the MKII lineage. A race-prepared MKII finished fifth in Class A at the inaugural 2000 Merdeka Millennium Endurance Race.
