AymesaAndino
Ecuador's first locally manufactured automobile and Aymesa's opening public model, adapted by local engineer Carlos Almeida from GM's Basic Transportation Vehicle program. Its simple square utility body could use canvas doors or steel doors with sliding glass, and supported agricultural, urban and owner-built conversions. Sanremo was an export-market naming reported in Venezuela rather than a new mechanical model.
Dates with their meaning intact
This record contains useful sourced evidence, but it does not yet meet the reference-ready standard. Still needed: attributed imagery. Fields we cannot source stay empty rather than guessed.
Approximately 1,000 are reported by Aymesa for the opening program, while broader period sources differ; no exact variant allocation is asserted.
