AutodromoBusOtto
Autodromo's signature low-floor family, in UL, SL and IL layouts and 12/18 m BusOtto forms. Adtranz/Kiepe/Skoda electric equipment served Italian trolleybus orders; articulated trolleybuses used a 260 kW Skoda motor and auxiliary diesel generator. The 2001 BusOtto New restyle removed the rear-door step and updated bodywork/Euro 3 compliance without creating a separate generation row. Rocar's U812/812E licence prototypes remain Rocar products.
Dates with their meaning intact
This record contains useful sourced evidence, but it does not yet meet the reference-ready standard. Still needed: attributed imagery. Fields we cannot source stay empty rather than guessed.
By October 1999, approximately 600 MAN-chassis low-floor Autodromo buses and trolleybuses had been sold across the partnership; no complete BusOtto-only or final 2003 total is published.
