Exceptional automobile completed after Dallas Winslow bought Auburn's assets and formed ACD Co. It is not evidence that normal Duesenberg production resumed: the company primarily supplied parts, engines, gearboxes, service and restoration, and this sole component-built car remains separated from Duesenberg Inc.'s 1928–1937 production total.
