ClassTwo-seat dos-à-dos motor tricycle

André Py's sole passenger model, exhibited as a prototype in 1898 and marketed by Compagnie des Automobiles du Sud-Ouest from 1899. Unlike the superficially similar Léon Bollée voiturette, it drove the front wheels and steered with its single rear wheel. Period advertising listed three ratios corresponding to about 8, 18 and 30 km/h and a 3,000-franc price; surviving accounts disagree over the exact seating arrangement, so both documented forms are retained.
