Sole Amphicar generation. The chronology is its documented model-year and sales span; physical manufacture largely ended by 1965. Rear wheels used a four-speed manual transmission on land; a second lever engaged twin reversible propellers in water, where speed was about 7 knots and the front wheels served as rudders. Only 97 were right-hand drive.
