How Hoovie's Garage got here
Tyler Hoover built Hoovie's Garage around the opposite of prudent collecting: buying the cheapest or most compromised example of an interesting car, revealing everything wrong with it, and taking the result to his longtime mechanic, the Car Wizard. That cycle created the constantly changing “Hooptie Fleet.”
