Walker is a trailer and bulk-transport equipment badge, not a passenger-vehicle marque. NHTSA's Manufacturer Information Database identifies Walker as one of the trade names of Bulk Tank International S. de R.L. de C.V., alongside Bulk, Brenner and Beall, with operations in San José Iturbide, Guanajuato, Mexico, and Wabash National listed as parent. The Walker model register uses engineering and regulatory descriptions such as ETM, Food Grade, MC-331, MC-338, pneumatic, DOT/TC specification and non-code rather than consumer car names. The catalog keeps those names visible because they are manufacturer records, but makes the category boundary explicit: bulk tanks, trailers and cable or material-transport equipment are not folded into automobile history. No standalone Walker incorporation date, output total or independent corporate chronology is established, so the parent-company relationship and NHTSA record are the defensible history.
