Venturi Paris

Venturi Paris is the original French sports-car company that began as MVS in 1984, founded by Gérard Godfroy and Claude Poiraud. Production of the mid-engined coupé began in 1987, the company moved to Couëron in 1990, and the name evolved through Venturi SA to Venturi Paris SA. Its road-car program included the Coupé 260 and Transcup identities represented in the catalog, alongside later Trophy and racing derivatives. Gildo Pastor acquired the company in 2000, moved the base to Monaco and redirected the organization toward electric vehicles and specialist engineering. That post-2000 Monaco operation is the successor to, not a retroactive extension of, the French Venturi Paris production marque. The catalog therefore ends the standalone Venturi Paris chronology at the 2000 acquisition and does not merge it with modern Venturi electric projects.
