Veli

Veli is the motorcycle identity associated with Veli Technology Industrial Co., Limited, a Hong Kong-registered manufacturer and exporter whose public product site uses the Velimotor name. NHTSA's Manufacturer Information Database identifies Wei Yu as CEO, lists VELIMOTOR, HAVOCKER and RONGJUE as trade names, and records Veli models Havoc, Havock, Havocker, VAX, VGX, VMX and VUX as completed motorcycles. The manufacturer's product catalog now spans electric motorcycles, dirt bikes, children's bikes, scooters, utility vehicles and electric golf carts, including the VMX and VGX families.
