Dave Brooks, Richard Martin and John Woolatt founded Blee Motors in Killingworth, Tyne and Wear, in 1986 and used Unicorn as the public badge. Its only automobile, confusingly named Blee, was an aluminium-bodied open two-seater inspired by the Lotus Seven, with steering mudguards and many Morris Marina components. One was built in 1986–1987. The company then sold three Suzuki-powered kit motorcycles in 1988–1989; those are excluded from this passenger-vehicle catalog. Production ended in 1989.
