Taiwan Golden Bee Co., Ltd., commonly branded TGB, was established in 1978 using Piaggio technology to produce Vespa scooter components. It expanded into scooters, motorcycles, ATVs, engines and continuously variable transmissions, supplying partners including Piaggio, Rotax, Peugeot, Minarelli, Morini, Polaris and SYM while exporting its own products worldwide. The catalog uses Taiwan Golden Bee for the manufacturer behind the TGB identity and keeps it separate from Piaggio and from later importers.
