Qipai is the consumer motorcycle identity of Jiangmen Qipai Motorcycle Co., Ltd., based in Xinhui District, Jiangmen, Guangdong. A manufacturer profile dates the private company to 2002 and describes research, development, assembly and export of motorcycles, engines and motorcycle parts; it also reports a large Jiangmen production site and capacity claims that are retained as company-profile assertions rather than verified output. NHTSA's Manufacturer Information Database identifies the same Jiangmen company and lists Qipai as a motorcycle make, with model labels including AL, Chopper, Cruiser, ED, EDT, Enduro, the KP family, Master, Pony 100, QP, S-Ray, SS3 and T-series entries. Those regulatory names are a market-facing register, not proof that every label represents a distinct engineered platform. The catalog keeps Qipai separate from Lifan and other Chinese manufacturers whose engines, factories or distribution relationships may overlap, and does not infer exact model years or production totals from the NHTSA list.
