About the marque
Founded
1922 – 1928
Headquarters
Courbevoie, France

The Courbevoie company of A. Marguerite began building cars around 1922 and produced the Marguerite Type BO 2 in 1927–28. In 1928 Zamorano de Biedema took over and changed the name to Morano-Marguerite; the revised Type BO 2 used a 1,095 cc Chapuis-Dornier engine and only about five examples are recorded. The catalog keeps Morano-Marguerite separate from the preceding Marguerite identity and from unrelated Italian surnames or coachbuilders.
