K-1 Engineering grew from K-1 Styling & Tuning, founded in Bratislava in 1991 by Dick Kvetňanský. The K-1 Attack was developed in the late 1990s, introduced as a kit around 2001–02 and later offered as a limited-completion Roadster 3.0 V6; original K-1 sales ended by 2009–12. B-Racing later acquired the design rights and returned updated street and racing kits to the market from 2011 onward. The catalog treats K-1 vehicles as the original Slovak identity and records B-Racing as the later rights holder rather than as a continuous K-1 corporate operation.
