Iveco was formed in 1975 by combining the commercial-vehicle operations of Fiat, OM, Lancia, Unic and Magirus-Deutz. The new group unified a broad European truck and bus portfolio and developed common ranges such as the Daily. Iveco later became part of CNH Industrial and was separated into Iveco Group in 2022, covering trucks, buses, powertrains and specialist vehicles.
