The source establishes an electric-cart label but not a verified legal manufacturer, country, founding date, production facility, ownership chain, model-year span or successor. The catalog does not merge I4 E-Carts with similarly named golf-cart dealers, conversions or unrelated i4 electric-vehicle projects. Its history is deliberately limited to the two source labels until primary company or homologation records identify the business behind them.
