Heli is the industrial-vehicle identity of Anhui Heli Co., Ltd., whose published company history begins with the Hefei Mining Machinery Factory in 1958 and whose product line is centered on forklifts, pallet trucks, stackers, loaders, tow tractors and other material-handling equipment. The NHTSA-derived make labels attached to Heli are therefore not treated as evidence of a passenger-car or motorcycle range. The local NHTSA export also reuses a manufacturer identifier across several unrelated names, so Heli is not merged with Gelimex, Stageline or other makes sharing that source artifact. Heli remains in the source-complete catalog because the upstream make exists, but the defensible history is the Chinese industrial-equipment company and its category boundary.
