Elkin Hi-Tech was founded in 1983 by Luther Elkin in Indiana, Pennsylvania, as a manufacturer of volumetric concrete mixers and related equipment. Its Concrete Cart is a towable mixer that carries and meters roughly one to two cubic yards of ready-to-place material, alongside truck-mounted and stationary mixer products. This is a specialized heavy-equipment identity rather than a passenger-car marque; the catalog retains it because the registry model is a concrete cart and does not reinterpret that equipment as a road vehicle.
