Dinli is the Taiwanese identity of Dinli Metal Industrial Co., Ltd., which began as a maker of motorbikes and engines in 1988 and diversified into small ATVs under its own brand in 1996. The company became known internationally for ATVs, later developing heavy-duty models such as the Centhor and acquiring the motorsports production and intellectual property of the former Cannondale operation in 2003. Dinli also displayed large-displacement motorcycles, including an 800 cc CVT machine in 2012. The catalog keeps Dinli distinct from Cannondale, Masai, Quadzilla and other distributor or rebadge names: those relationships explain parts of the product history but do not turn every market badge into a Dinli corporate model. Exact annual output and a complete end-of-production date remain unverified.
