Cyrano3 HP Single-Cylinder Voiturette
The smaller of two defensible Cyrano mechanical identities. Later reference works consistently report an initial single-cylinder form and a 3-HP engine, but the directly recovered February 1899 trade-journal article describes only the materially different 5-HP horizontal twin. This row preserves the reported single without inventing its displacement, dimensions, price or the twin's four-speed cone transmission. It may have shared the two-seat phaeton market position, but exact factory body nomenclature remains unproved.
Dates with their meaning intact
This record contains useful sourced evidence, but it does not yet meet the reference-ready standard. Still needed: attributed imagery. Fields we cannot source stay empty rather than guessed.
No Cyrano production ledger, serial range, model split or survivor census has been recovered.
