Cirelli Motor Company is the passenger-vehicle marque of CMC Srl, founded by Paolo Daniele Cirelli in 2023 and headquartered legally in Milan. The business draws on the Cirelli family's automotive activity since 1974, including LPG systems, dealerships and competition, but those earlier activities were not production under the present marque and therefore do not backdate it. Cirelli imports Chinese-built vehicles, rebadges them and performs or commissions Italian-market adaptation, especially LPG, CNG and mild-hybrid combinations. Its first public range centered on the SWM G01-derived 3, Forthing T5 Evo-derived 5 and Forthing U-Tour-derived 7, followed by a wide numbered range sourced from SWM, BAIC/Beijing, Dongfeng/Fengon and Forthing. This is a marque/importer operation rather than a claim that the underlying platforms were designed in Italy. The launch-era catalog included gasoline 2 and 2 Plus, a separately bodied 3 Sport, 4 Plus and 9; these disappeared or changed identity as the range evolved. Current Black-line products comprise 1, the unrelated battery-electric 2 BEV, 3, a new seven-seat 4, third-series 5, 6, 7, Rich 6-derived 8 pickup and Fengon ix5-derived Sport Coupé. The Gold line added 3zero3, 5zero5, rear-drive REEV 7zero7 and seven-seat hybrid 9zero9 during 2025–26. The live site also names Silver-line 3punto3, 5punto5, 7punto7 and 8punto8; because accessible navigation initially lacked individual specifications and firm orderability for all four, they are preserved as one announcement/evidence-gap row rather than fabricated production models. A March 2026 report says the first three were scheduled to launch in April, leaving the fourth and complete delivery evidence unresolved. Donor identity is stated only where supported; matching dimensions alone is not treated as proof. Cirelli's official pages sometimes mix powertrain data—for example one battery value across 9zero9 HEV and PHEV—and those conflicts remain explicit instead of being silently normalized. No authoritative cumulative imports, registrations by model, VIN ledger or trim-by-model-year archive is published. Nineteen rows presently account for confirmed current families, recoverable discontinued names and the announced Silver umbrella without multiplying fuel conversions into false models.
