Caofen is the electric-motorcycle marque developed by Chongqing Huanghe Group in Chongqing, China. Caofen's distributor and company histories connect the group to Huanghe Industrial's motorcycle manufacturing, describe a 2011 vehicle and new-energy division, and place its dedicated new-energy development in the mid-2010s. The F80 series was launched in 2021 as the marque's signature high-performance electric motorcycle, using an integrated frame and immersion-cooled battery concept; later variants were marketed internationally. Public product material gives model-level specifications for F80 B and F80 L, including an 8 kW motor, 72-volt battery options, 85 km/h claimed maximum speed and range figures dependent on test speed and battery capacity. Those specifications are not projected onto every NHTSA model label. Caofen remains a distinct consumer badge within the broader Huanghe manufacturing history, and the catalog keeps its electric motorcycle families separate from the combined Chongqing Huanghe / Massimo make.
