Can-Am was created by Bombardier in 1973 for competition and recreational motorcycles. The original motorcycle program ended in the 1980s, but Bombardier Recreational Products revived the name in 2006 for all-terrain vehicles. Can-Am subsequently expanded into side-by-sides, the three-wheeled Spyder and Ryker, and a renewed electric motorcycle range.
