Société Nouvelle des Automobiles Butterosi built cars at Boulogne-sur-Seine from 1919 through 1924. Its entire known automobile range rested on the 12 CV, a 1,327 cc side-valve four-cylinder chassis with a 2,600 mm wheelbase. Buyers could specify a two-seat roadster, four-seat tourer or six-seat closed saloon or limousine. The company also imported American Mitchell automobiles, but those retained their own identity and are excluded from the Butterosi model register. Production ended after this single model family.
