Smallest QEV delivery platform and the company's principal promoted product. It weighed 2,180 kg empty and up to 3,820 kg gross, carried approximately 1.5–2.2 tonnes depending on body and battery, reached 28 mph, and offered claimed ranges of 40–100 miles. Swappable batteries were intended to support continuous fleet operation. A surviving 2005 Q Electric QEV70A reflects the disputed joint-manufacturing venture and is treated as a configuration/derivative, not a second Bluebird model.
