Belsize introduced the Belsize-Bradshaw name in 1921 for engineer Granville Bradshaw's 9 HP light car, whose Dorman-built V-twin combined air and oil cooling. The technically unusual model proved fragile in general reputation, although individual cars achieved high mileages. From 1924 the company applied Belsize-Bradshaw to its entire passenger range: the conventional four-cylinder 10/20 RM and modern six-cylinder 14/30 joined ambitious straight-eight proposals. Four-wheel braking, overhead valves and four-speed transmission made the 14/30 contemporary, but prices remained uncompetitive while the parent company was already in receivership. Production ceased in late 1925; probable straight-eight prototypes are retained with explicit uncertainty rather than counted as established series cars.
