Lovech-designed minibus body by Hristo Hristov on Moskvitch 408 foundations. The Rila 700 was a physical Balkan-factory prototype rather than the unofficial Rila nickname proposed for ordinary Bulgarian-assembled Moskvitch sedans; no series production followed.
